Business Associate E-Commerce
The Business Associate E-Commerce app provides an interface for a company and their sales partners as the latter goes about selling company products. A company can list products by including prices and availability of products. A sales partner to the company can then fulfill customers need by placing an order using this interface and carry out a sale. All orders placed are pushed to ExpandX ERP for further processing.
The functionalities offered by this app include:
- Company can set permissions on visibility of products for each sales partner.
- Sales Partners can place orders as long as it falls within their credit limit set.
- Sales Partners can view and download invoices to share with customers.
- Companies can place mandates such as atleast one login per week for sales partner.
- Reports can be generated on the performance of both the sales process and the performance of the sales partner.
